  • Art of Mixology

    Duration: 4 hours; $150; This comprehensive Art of Mixology course won't teach you to memorize drink recipes; it will rather focus on learning and understanding the essential skills behind making any alcoholic drink of your dreams -- even frozen drinks, cocktails, daiquiris, and layered shots! You'll learn the bar setup, how to distinguish between different alcohols and mixers, and how to use all the necessary bar equipment. Once you've mastered these skills, you will be equipped to make any drink imaginable! Memorization will come with time and "practice" that will surely make you the life of every party. Cancellation Policy; All cancellations will incur a $25 fee. To reschedule your course date, you must provide notification more than 72 hours prior to the class date. If you miss your class, you may take an upcoming class for $50.

    • Begin to understand the essential skills behind bartending during this mixology class

    • Learn how to make beverages ranging from classic frozen drinks to layered shots

    • Practice using bar equipment, pouring, and distinguishing between alcohols

    • Receive a Harvard's "Art of Mixology" certificate after completing the course as veritable proof of your training

    • Note; This class is for individuals who are ages 18 and over.

  • Tips and Mixology

    Duration: 8 hours; $289; This day long intensive class will familiarize you with every aspect of bartending! The first session is devoted to TIPS (Training in Intervention Procedures by Servers of alcohol), a nationwide certification program that teaches the responsible serving of alcohol. You will learn about the legal issues of bartending like checking IDs, the physiological and psychological effects of consuming alcohol, and the best ways to keep guests under control through acting out various difficult situations. At the end of this session, you'll take the TIPS certification exam and receive your certification card in the mail. Then, you'll take a lunch back before returning for the second, exciting part of this class. The second session will focus on learning and understanding the essential skills behind making any type of alcoholic drink, even frozen drinks, cocktails, daiquiris, and layered shots! You'll learn the bar setup, how to distinguish between different alcohols and mixers, and how to use all the necessary bar equipment. Once you've mastered these skills, you will be equipped to make any drink imaginable! Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will incur a $50 fee, all rescheduling requests will incur a $25 fee.
